Now that we’ve officially settled into life here in Australia, I wanted to capture a little piece of what this new chapter feels like. We moved at the very beginning of winter, and as part of exploring my new surroundings, I’ve been soaking up everything, especially the fashion and lifestyle trends here in the south-eastern part of Australia.

As part of our move down under, I’ve made it my mission to document all the fun things we get up to, from cozy weekend adventures to the little details that make everyday life feel special.

Fashion has always been one of my greatest loves. And if I’m honest, if I had the budget, I’d probably buy every beautiful piece I see on the runway (wouldn’t we all?). But since that’s not always realistic, I’ve learned to appreciate fashion from afar — admiring, interpreting, and recreating looks in my own way. That’s what inspired this space: a creative outlet to muse about life, style, and everything in between.

So, first things first, welcome to my blog. I’m Kayoubi Muse, and I’m so happy you’re here. I started this blog as a way to share my journey in Australia, both the exciting parts and the beautifully ordinary ones. Think of this space as a journal, a moodboard, and a little corner of the internet where we can connect over shared passions.

Since moving, I’ve realized fashion here isn’t just about trends, it’s about how people express themselves in a place where the weather has a mind of its own. Our new home was recently described to us as “60% sunshine, 20% rain, and 10% pure mystery,” and honestly, that feels just about right.

I decided to name this post Welcome to Autumn because even though spring is just around the corner, it still feels like we’re in that cozy, in-between moment, a season of transition, warmth, and new beginnings.

Here are some of favourite trends I have been loving this Autumn.
