How to Make an Aperol Spritz

There is absolutely nothing quite like an Aperol Spritz to get the party started, is there? Whether I am hosting friends or just fancy a little treat on a weekend, this has become my absolute favourite cocktail.

The colour is just gorgeous, it’s so bright and cheerful, and it is arguably one of the easiest drinks to make, which is why I love serving it so much. It tastes like sunshine in a glass! I’ve had so many people ask me for the recipe, so I thought I would share this little video to show you exactly how to mix the perfect one.
